Innovations

De Eijk Green & Health works closely with GAES to make the effects of greenery on health and wellbeing measurable. From the very beginning, we connect our designs and inspirational concepts to GAES’s measurable data, so that together we gain insight into what truly works for users.
The 3-30-300 rule is rapidly gaining popularity. And that's not surprising: this simple rule of thumb provides insight into how green people really experience their living environment in a very accessible way. It's much clearer than just looking at how many square metres of green space are available per inhabitant.

We Prove the Value of Green with Our Projects

With Green As A Service, we can design functional public spaces for everyone. Here’s a selection of the projects we’ve carried out for various companies and organizations.

Oosteres, Groenlo

In the Oosteres neighborhood in Groenlo, municipality of Oost Gelre, a necessary sewer replacement was used as an opportunity to thoroughly make the area more sustainable and greener. With the use of the GAES analysis tool, a forward-looking project was realized for data-driven, climate-adaptive neighborhood development, in which resident participation, ecosystem services, and digital twin technology come together in one vision for the future

Building a green world together starts with a good conversation.
