GAES, together with Boogaart Almere, Stichting Stad & Natuur Almere and Stichting Nationale Boomfeestdag (Dutch National Tree Foundation), is contributing during Floriade Expo 2022 with the design of a green and healthy city. On Friday 11 February, this cooperation was confirmed during a festive moment at lot 46 on the grounds of Floriade Expo 2022.

A plot where nature, natural materials and natural elements form the basis for an inspiring visit. The three main pillars that will have a place are: trees, biodiversity and movement. Themes that all make an important contribution to a green and healthy city!

GAES will mainly focus on the values and benefits of these main themes. These will form the underlay for the story we as GAES want to tell on this plot. Boogaart will sponsor the design and construction of the plot and maintain it during Floriade 2022.

During Floriade Expo 2022, a visit to plot 46 is of course a must! Among other things, there will be a tree experience trail, a buzz stop and varied programming for school classes and families on the main themes.
