Green As A Service (GAES) focuses on the real value of public space design. Through an interactive Digital Twin and real-time sensing, we help municipalities, property developers and developing civil contractors to understand the values and benefits of public space design.
Using public and real-time data, we analyse the project area and incorporate it into a report. Through data-driven modelling in our Digital Twin, we provide insight into heat stress, CO2 storage, air quality, water retention and biodiversity, among other things. We also calculate and visualise the future values and benefits of a design for a project area. So we can not only simulate with design suggestions, but also calculate future expectations of the design after 10, 30 and even 50 years. All this helps us identify the value of green, blue and grey.
To enrich our data, we also apply real-time sensingin our projects . By real-time monitoring of temperature, soil moisture, particulate matter, EC, and PH values, among others, we can track exactly what is happening in the project area. Our simulations and modelling are enriched with this data, allowing our clients to make better choices. This process makes it possible to determine and exploit the true value of green, blue and grey.
In our collaborative project with Regreeny and the municipality of Sittard-Geleen, we go one step further. We are integrating participation data, 3D modelling, digital traffic information and AI into our GAES Digital Twin. We are therefore proud to present this innovative project at the Future Green City World Congress. Here we will show how the value of green, blue and grey comes into its own in the modern urban environment.
Wondering how we do it all? Come along on 25 and 26 September at trade fair public space at our stand; 3.6.05, and discover the value of green, blue and grey in public space.
